Sarah Maj and Daniela di Fregole had already known each other since their time in Milan and had formed a relationship of mutual esteem. The collaboration idea was born in Marrakech, on a trip where they first discovered the city. Daniela had spent a whole day with Sarah, taking her to her favorite places in Marrakech, in search of precious, unique fabrics for her Bandine. It was during that shared experience that both designers were inspired by the vibrant atmosphere within the city and from the quality of the materials they could find. The two designers decided to create some tunics that unite the sustainable approach of Sarah and the great flair for colour and shape of Daniela in order to be able to tell a collection about the junction of two creative worlds and two different cultures.
