Returns and Exchanges
Return and Refund Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
Changes
To exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order for the desired product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused , in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging .
Other non-returnable items:
• Gift cards.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase .
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery .
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will automatically be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund:
1. Please check your bank account again.
2. Please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Please contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund appears.
4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please write to us at info@sarahmaj.shop .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded .
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us by email at info@sarahmaj.shop .
Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift card .
• If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued in their name and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return a product, ship it in its original packaging, well-packaged in a shipping box, to the address:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
If the value of the returned item exceeds $75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
