    • Order Processing and Shipping

      Orders are processed from Milan (Italy) or Marrakech (Morocco) , from Tuesday to Saturday . Processing takes place the day after the order date or on the first available working day. Orders placed from Saturday to Monday will be processed the following Tuesday.

      Shipping Times

      After processing, estimated delivery times are:

      Italy/Europe : generally 2 working days

      USA : minimum 5 working days

      China : minimum 6-7 working days

      Australia : minimum 6-7 working days

      The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time the order is processed .

      Customers are informed that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipments .

      Invoicing and Customs

      Please note that it is illegal to declare lower values ​​on the invoice than the amount actually paid by the customer or to indicate the goods as a gift (GIFT) . Therefore, requests relating to these activities will not be accepted .

      Sarah Maj cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, customs checks or other circumstances beyond our control.

      Shipment Tracking

      When the order is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (AWB) and a link to monitor the shipment.

      Delivery and Package Control

      Upon delivery, we ask customers to carefully check the package before signing and confirming receipt. Sarah Maj packages are carefully sealed.

      In case of receiving a package opened by Customs or by the courier for authorized checks , the package will be resealed with a guarantee seal by the competent authority.

      If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is invited to:

      Sign with reservation upon receipt

      Or refuse delivery of the package.

      If the package has been tampered with , the customer is required to file a complaint at the local DHL or Poste Italiane office and to contact Sarah Maj promptly at the email address info@sarahmaj.shop .

      In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign with reservations , the delivery will automatically be considered accepted and no subsequent complaints will be accepted .

      Refusal or Failure to Deliver

      By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with Sarah Maj and undertakes to accept delivery of the package relating to the order placed.

      If the package cannot be delivered to the address provided for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect telephone number, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses to receive the package , it will be returned to the sender (Sarah Maj, Italy) at the customer's expense .

      The costs will include shipping costs, customs duties and any other charges , which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded .
